AI Policy

Last updated: May 2026

1. Our Position on AI

KW Innovations embraces artificial intelligence as a tool to enhance the quality, speed, and creativity of the work we deliver. We believe AI, when used responsibly and transparently, produces better outcomes for our clients.

This policy sets out how we use AI, what safeguards we apply, and what our clients can expect.

2. Where We Use AI

AI tools may be used across the following areas of our work:

Design & Development — AI-assisted code generation, UI suggestions, and prototyping to accelerate delivery
Content & Copywriting — AI-assisted drafts that are always reviewed, edited, and approved by our team
Strategy & Research — AI tools to assist with market research, competitive analysis, and ideation
Automation Systems — building AI-powered workflows and integrations for client products
Internal Operations — project management, documentation, and communication tools

3. Human Oversight

All AI-generated output is reviewed, edited, and validated by a member of the KW Innovations team before it is delivered to clients or published. We do not deliver raw, unreviewed AI output.

Final responsibility for all work delivered rests with KW Innovations, not with any AI system.

4. Client Data & AI

We are committed to protecting your data when AI tools are involved:

We do not input confidential client data, trade secrets, or personal information into public AI models without explicit written consent
Where AI tools process client data, we ensure those tools meet appropriate security and privacy standards
We use enterprise or API-level access to AI tools where available, which provides stronger data protections than consumer products
Client data shared with us is never used to train third-party AI models

5. Transparency

We will tell you if a significant component of your project involved AI tools. You are always entitled to ask and we will answer honestly.

We do not misrepresent AI-generated work as entirely human-made, and we do not use AI to deceive clients, end users, or the public.

6. AI in Client Products

When we build AI-powered features into client products, we:

Clearly document how the AI works and its limitations
Design systems with human review or override mechanisms where appropriate
Advise clients on responsible deployment, especially where the AI interacts with end users
Ensure AI features comply with applicable Australian laws and regulations

7. Continuous Improvement

The AI landscape evolves rapidly. We commit to reviewing and updating this policy as tools, regulations, and best practices change. We actively monitor developments in AI ethics, safety, and Australian AI regulation to ensure our practices remain responsible.
